How do you cope with a bad breakup?

i been with my ex for 31/2 yrs during this time he cheated on me like a dummy i took him back he moved back in got his number change so the girl couldnt call any more but recently my friend caught him at the lakefront with her i talk to the girl and she told me the whole time they been messing around when im at work he will be over there..we have a car together and the car had to get fix and he took her to get the car from the shop keep in mind i pay the car note and i paid for the car to get fix even through he broke it .. im just fed up..but i feel depress and i know i brought this on myself because i should just let it go how what is a good way to get through thisHow do you cope with a bad breakup?

I can't cope with mine, My bf just broke up with me because i asked him to stop sleeping with his mother, and he's a 18year old.
