i'm still in love with my ex boyfriend, he finished with me in may last year but we have been sleeping with each other on and off since then. he stops contact with me for a few months then start up again then break it off. its breaking my heart, not heard from him since november but will be seeing him at the weekend as it's my nieces birthday (his brother is married to my sis) how do i cope with this, please help xxHow to move on after a breakup xx?
You move on when you realise that he is currently just using you for his sexual gratification and will no doubt have another go when he sees you at this birthday.

The reason you are hurt is because he is using you. You obviously cant take him out of your life for good but i would recommend that you cut as many ties with him as you can mentally and physically. Only then after some time will you be able to move on and find someone who treats you the way you deserve to be treated.
That sucks. I suppose he's told u to that he's moved on and he's adamant about not continuing the relationship too...no one can stop loviing him for you but you unfortunately. And until the spell your under is broken no one else can get in.
